Work in pairs choose 6 items which are essential for a camp. Rank their period and justify your answer.

 

Guided Reading:

Teacher read the Prose with proper stress, pause, and intonation. Students listen silently at the first time. Second time they repeat after me. They read in small groups.

Teacher’s activity:

Before explaining this story, the teacher explains the new words with the help of chart. The teacher explains the lesson in simple words through online sources and video.

Student’s activity:

Volunteer students to briefly explain the content explained by the teacher in front of other students.

This from “Around the World in 80 Days” by Jules Verne. Mr.Phileas Fogg and Passepartout go on a train journey. Mr.Phileas will go around the world in 80 days. The train had started punctually.

An hour after leaving Bombay the train had passed the bridges and the Island of the Salcette and had got into the open country. During the night the train left the mountains behind and passed Nasik and the next day proceeded over the flat, well- cultivated country of Khandesh, with its struggling villages.

The Locomotive, guided by an English engineer and fed with coal, the train stop at Burhampoor.

The Travellers made a hasty breakfast and started off for Assurghur. Now they traveled along the banks of the small river Tapty, which empties into the Gulf of Cambray near Surat.

The train stopped at 8 o'clock curious, Passepartout rushed out and speedily returned crying Monsieur, no more Railway!

They bought an elephant. Young man offered his services as a guide the elephant was led out and equipped. Sir Francis and Mr. Fogg took the howdahs on either side, the driver perched himself on the elephants neck they set out from the village, the animal marching of through the dense forest of palms by the shortcuts.

Remedial Teaching:

Teacher give oral drills, reading practice for the late bloomers. They use the internet source to enrich their skills.

They will write the writing practice by follow the teacher. They will write the book back exercises… read and understand, vocabulary, listening and writing.

Write an article discussing your trip with your family in detail.
